The Oligarchical Capitalism
with Vladimir The
Unchangeable
It is a continued debate about the
future of Putinism in 2018-2024 - https://russiancounterterror.blogspot.ru/2018/03/.
As
a matter of fact, the 7th of May 2018 could become a turning point
in the Russian History: the inauguration of Putin, if any, is to show the end
or the victory of Democracy and Free Market.
The New Russian Reign
Putin
is a core of the Oligarchical Capitalism in Russia. The short answer to its ‘victory’ is NO!
There is a strong need of Society in public-private
partnerships as an effective means against the Kremlin’s stake on
Oligarchical Capitalism with many faces and hidden money in off-shores.
Russia
needs an alternative for serving public welfare and safety for foreign investments
to come into regions of Russia after Putin, and ASAP.
How
soon will it appear? The short answer will come on the 5th of May at
peaceful rallies of Alexei Navalny’s fans and his passive supporters.
The
longer answer is in building bridges of Trust via Soft Power within Public-Private-State interactions in
regions. There are so many ‘grey zones’ with Putinists in power. They cannot become a legal platform for such
interactions, based on trillion dollars of Putinism abroad to be arrested and
spent with mutual benefits on the basis of Trust in Russia!
There is a fake ‘shifting power structure’ focused on the Kremlin. All
sanctions of the USA and other democratic nations are now targeting at the
“Vertical Power.’ But they do not hit ‘Horizontal Power’ of ‘organized
criminality’ that is far more dangerous for Democracy and Free Market.
All
election campaigns in Russia have not united fragments of opposition for many
reasons. But the main one is that Oligarchical Capitalism (Putinism) destroys
any legitimate and peaceful
competition. The organized criminality in regions and ‘grey zones’ was pretty
helpful.
That is
why the ‘Vertical Power’ of Putin’s vision is
not the real cornerstone of his autocratic regime. The FSB, the successor
to the KGB, operates at the heart of the ‘vertical system’ battling with other militarized
agencies, which could become in future real
potential enemies of Putin.
Recently destroyed mass illusions in fare
elections feed new desires of revolts and disobedience in many regions. There
is no surprise that local private ‘armies’ of regional ‘lords’ are still real
fixes (skrepy) of Putinism.
Private Bandit Armies
for/against Putinism?
Putin
does not sense any fear of public protests (constantly disorganized by his
controlled provocateurs and trolls in the Internet). He is, in fact, afraid of
betrayal of the Police and other ‘Siloviki’ to suppress coming and existing public
disobedience. That is why, long ago Putin started his demonstrative ‘defectors’
killings: ex-VIP Boris Nemsov, dozens of military opposition members and
ex-‘comrades’ abroad (Litvinenko and the Salisbury case, March 2018).
The
state budget is in hands of Putinists. And they eat away at the resources of a
Nation like a cancer. Any resemblance of dynamic, healthy competition from
economic, political and moral opposition is strangled by fake competition based
solely on pseudo-business relationships with Putinists in Power and their
vassals in Russia and abroad.
Small proprietors are considered to be feudal
vassals or persons having mutual obligations to our local (regional) ‘lords’ or
federal ‘monarch.’
When a shrinking private sector is
entirely owned by the oligarchical elites, it means that ordinary citizens have
got nothing from having a stake in the real (White) economy. Many are ready to
increase their personal wealth ‘in shadow affairs’ out or under surveillance (‘krysha’) of ‘Siloviki’.
If there is no Siloviki domination in
Russia, there will be no corruption and ‘Shadow Economy’ which gives huge incomes
in petro-dollars to Oligarchical Capitalism and ‘peanuts’ to Small Proprietors as
a façade of Free Market Economy.
The Nation’s wealth becomes more
concentrated in fewer hands (1% of the population with the core of 130
super-rich families).
The ‘horizontal mass resistance’ waits
from civilians, political or/and military opposition for a signal to ‘rise and
fight’ to interrupt this disparity.
The one hundred twenty or so oligarchs
in Putin’s Russia (under sanctions of Trump) do not get access to influential and powerful people in local/regional
government. Their wealth is out of Russia! And in this case, they cannot play
‘philanthropically’ innocent role as billionaire political donors in Europe and
the USA do for Democracy and Free Enterprise.
Russian oligarchs get access to nauseating
amounts of wealth because of their ‘empathy’ with those most powerful in federal government. Men become
oligarchs in Russia (there are no women oligarchs, by the way!) for they are ‘simply’
loyal to the only person in federal government
who matters: Vladimir Putin-The Unchangeable.
The Soft
Power War between Civil Society and the Kremlin has been under way. With the
Kremlin’s transition to kleptocracy, the oligarchs’ betrayal of their country
is complete and evident.
Far from being the patriot he poses as,
Putin is a parasite to suck his fortune out of ‘Mother Russia’ for ages. The 7th
of May does not seem to strengthen the Oligarchical
Capitalism and its ‘Joker’ in ‘poker negotiation games’ with the
USA and other democratic nations.
Do we deserve such Future? No way! So join
rallies on 5th of May!
